Fusing power pop and indie rock with danceable grooves and lush instrumentation, Hey Again is a 4-piece outfit founded by songwriter/guitarist Daniel Lerner, alongside Jason Ross on guitar, Alex Scheitinger on bass, and Robert Harary on drums. With intricately woven melodies and a jangle-fuzz guitar-driven sound, their songs explore themes of nostalgia, heartbreak, and the desire to grow.

Hey Again is proud to announce the release of “Trial Run,” their first proper collection of songs. For the last year, Daniel Lerner, Alex Scheitinger, Robert Harary, and Jason Ross have worked to improve upon the sound established by their 2024 singles “Full Swing” and “Lazybones.” This time, the 4-piece turns up the distortion and the emotional storytelling, tapping into themes of keeping your passion alive on lead single “Easy to Break,” longing and desperation on the title track, and listlessness and isolation on the headbanging closer “ISO.”
